B&H is an authorized retailer with capabilities to ship the Nakamichi DRAGON to most countries outside the USA, either by DHL Express or a reputable carrier. Shipping and custom fees are handled by B&H.

B&H ships to most countries, except Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, and Uganda.
Shipping rates vary based on destination. Duties and taxes may also automatically be charged, based on the laws of each country. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

B&H reserves the right to determine the eligibility of returns for any international purchases. If a return is accepted, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Based on their documentation, you will need to open a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. Click here for more information. Should you have any questions about international returns, please check with them directly.
All systems purchased from our official website (dragon.nakamichi-usa.com/) or authorized retailers (Amazon and B&H) come with 1 year parts and labor USA warranty. In the event that your DRAGON needs servicing, we will still honor the warranty as long as you can ship the product back to us in California (at your expense) and provide an *eligible USA shipping address for us to ship to after servicing is complete.
*Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship returns to the following destinations: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO and P.O Box addresses.All DRAGON speaker components are capable of handling international voltages (110-240V, 50/60Hz). In addition, the system is supplied with an appropriate number of IEC C7 (Figure 8) power cable (Image below) that can be connected directly to a US wall socket.
To power DRAGON, you can use travel/international power adapters to connect the bundled power cables to your country's wall socket. Alternatively, you can source for replacement IEC C7 (Figure 8) power cables that are terminated for your country's wall socket. You will need 5 travel/international power adaptors or suitable replacement IEC C7 power cables.
