Returns Policy
If you would like to initiate a return for a refund or exchange, please email DRAGON Concierge with your order number within 45 days of the date of delivery.
Subject to the conditions below, we will send you a free shipping label for returns from the original delivery address (as stated in the order confirmation email). After the returned unit completes inspection, we will issue a refund or exchange.
Nakamichi will process the refund within 2 business days; however, please allow for 5-7 business days for it to appear in your account, which may vary depending on your financial institution. The refund will be issued to the same credit card, debit card, or other forms of payment used in the original transaction.
Conditions:
You must have purchased the item or system directly from dragon.nakamichi-usa.com.
You must request a product return within 45 days from the delivery date.
Follow all return instructions in our accompanying emails.
Once a return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
Returns and Refunds are subject to Nakamichi's approval. Possible reasons for refused returns include:
The product is sent back without contacting us first.
Packaging used for the product is not original. Products must be returned, to the extent possible, in their original packaging.
The product is different from the one originally shipped (includes disparities in serial numbers).
There are missing hardware parts or accessories from the original product.
The product is not in like-new condition, showing any form of damage from misuse or mishandling.
Product is damaged due to improper packaging.
